Sono assegnista di ricerca e lavoro nell’ambito della ricerca e della didattica per quanto riguarda le discipline antropologiche. In particolare sono un antropologo urbano e mi occupo della relazione tra la memoria sociale della città di Milano e il consumo del cibo in alcuni ristoranti che il Comune ha riconosciuto come botteghe storiche. Lavoro sull’idea di cultura del cibo e di cibo tradizionale e cerco di capire che tipo di cibo viene servito dai ristoratori delle botteghe storiche e con quali aspettative i consumatori si recano in questi locali per mangiare, cosa si aspettano di mangiare e perchè.

I am a research fellow working in the area of anthropology research and teaching. More specifically, I’m an urban anthropologist and I study the relation between the social memory of Milan and food consumption in some restaurants that the council has designated as historical establishments. I work on the idea of food culture and traditional food and I try to understand what type of food is served by the restaurant owners of historical establishments, and what are the expectations of customers, what they expect to eat and why.
