Aperiway
Aperiway nasce a Parigi quando per l’ennesima volta non sono riuscito a trovare un buon posto dove fare aperitivo. Mentre bevevo una birra accompagnata da arachidi, ho sentito la nostalgia di un buon tagliere di salumi e formaggi nostrani. Expo mi ha dato il coraggio e l’entusiasmo per credere che i prodotti artigianali della mia terra potessero essere apprezzati anche all’estero. Mal che vada, le arachidi ci sono sempre.

Aperiway was born in Paris after for the millionth time I was not able to find a good place to have an aperitivo. While I was drinking a beer accompanied by peanuts, I felt a longing for a good platter of cold cuts and cheese from my country. Expo gave me the courage and enthusiasm to believe that the typical products of my land could be appreciated abroad. If worse comes to worst, peanuts are always available.
