Eating, Walking, Thinking: Food on the move
Sono tutor di una Summer School organizzata dall’Università di Milano Bicocca che si intitola “Eating, Walking, Thinking: Food on the move”. L’idea è quella di costruire una settimana itinerante di lavoro e anche di scoperta ed esplorazione, incentrata sui luoghi di Milano e altre località della Lombardia e del Piemonte. Il tema è il rapporto tra l’uomo, il suo modo di mangiare e i significati del cibo affrontati da vari punti di vista, antropologico, storico, giuridico, sociologico.

Eating, Walking, Thinking: Food on the move
I am a tutor for a Summer School organised by the Milano Bicocca University, titled “Eating, Walking, Thinking: Food on the move”. The idea is to offer a weeklong itinerant experience, to work, discover and explore, focusing on Milan and other locations in Lombardy and Piedmont. The central theme is the relation between human beings and their ways of eating, as well as the meaning of food from various perspectives: anthropological, historical, juridical, sociological.
