Lavoro per un ente che si occupa di promozione del mio Paese, di interscambio commerciale e investimenti diretti. Il governo giapponese ci ha chiesto di gestire tutto il lavoro per la partecipazione ad Expo2015, in particolare, avendo già lavorato a Milano 10 anni, ero la persona più indicata per questo incarico. Rispetto a dieci anni fa, grazie all’apertura di molti ristoranti giapponesi a Milano e in generale in Italia, gli italiani adesso sanno molto di più della cultura giapponese, soprattutto riguardo il cibo che è buono e sano. Con la nostra presenza in Expo2015 vorremmo far crescere sempre di più sia gli scambi commerciali che quelli culturali. Abbiamo cercato di seguire ed interpretare il più possibile il tema dell’Expo, in particolare la questione di come sfamare il mondo in futuro. Una volta finita l’esperienza Expo2015 ritornerò sicuramente in Giappone e per certi versi questo un po’ mi dispiace.

Expo2015 Milano Team Director
I work for an institutions that promotes my country, commercial interchange and direct investments. The Japanese government asked us to manage all the work for the Expo 2015 participation: having worked in Milan for ten years, I was the best candidate for this job. Compared to ten years ago, thanks to the fact that many Japanese restaurants have opened in Milan and in Italy in general, Italians know much more about Japanese culture, and especially about our food, which is good and healthy. With our presence at Expo2015, we would like to increase both commercial and cultural exchanges; we tried to follow and interpret as much as possible the Expo theme, especially the issue of how to feed the world in the future. Once the Expo2015 experience is over I will certainly go back to Japan, and this in some respects makes me sad.
