Vengo da Cork in Irlanda, in precedenza ho lavorato per il Bord BIA, l’Irish Food Board qui a Milano e quando è finito il contratto sono venuto a lavorare al padiglione Irlanda in Expo Milano. Ho deciso di venire a lavorare in Expo perchè sono profondamente interessato al mondo del cibo. Questo interesse proviene anche dai miei studi universitari e dal mio lavoro al Bord BIA che è sostanzialmente l’ente che promuove il cibo e le bevande irlandesi in tutto il mondo.

Commercial Business Activities at Ireland Pavilion // Cork
I come from Cork, in Ireland. Prior to this I was working for Bord BIA, the Irish Food Board, here in Milan, and when my contract ended I came to work for the Irish Pavilion a Milan’s Expo. I decided to work for Expo because I am deeply interested in the world of food. This interest stems from my university studies and from my work with Bord BIA, which is the institution that basically promotes Irish food and drinks all over the world.
